Our goal is to provide our customers with the safest and most secure online shopping experience possible. Placing Your Order
AquaFly accepts online orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you prefer to place your order by phone or fax, you can do so from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time. AquaFly makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days of order placement.

Payment Methods
AquaFly accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit cards are the preferred form of payment and are accepted for orders placed by Internet, phone, or fax. When ordering online, please enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card and include your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. We need this information to take your order and validate your credit card. AquaFly will charge your credit card only when your order has been shipped. Regretfully, we do not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

Shipping
AquaFly will ship products to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments are made to P.O. Boxes, or addresses outside the United States.
Shipping charges to destinations within the U.S. are determined by the total weight of your order shipment and the shipping method you choose.
Standard shipping is done via UPS Ground Service. FedEx Standard Overnight, and FedEx 2Day are also available. Note: UPS and FedEx apply an additional surcharge to all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, to offset the higher costs of providing service.

Limited Warranty
AquaFly products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from AquaFly Inc. or an authorized AquaFly dealer. AquaFly products are not warranted against normal wear and tear, improper use, modifications or alterations, improper maintenance, accident, negligence, damage or if used for a purpose for which it was not designed.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Except as expressly stated in this warranty, AquaFly shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or other types of damages arising out of or resulting from the use of our product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE APPLICABLE ARE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY AQUAFLY ON ITS PRODUCTS. ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE IMPLIED BY LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
This Limited Warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. The consumer may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long implied warranties last, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Warranty Claims
For making a warranty claim, first call AquaFly Inc. at (415) 606-4834 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After obtaining an RMA number, please pack the product in a durable cardboard box, and include the following information in the box: your name, mailing address, telephone number, a brief description why you are returning the product, and the original dated sales receipt from AquaFly or an authorized AquaFly dealer that is dated within one year from original purchase. You must arrange and pay for return shipping, and as the sender, you accept full responsibility for loss or damage of the product during shipping. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment and use a traceable form of mail to protect the shipment against loss.

Return Policy
If you purchased an AquaFly product from an authorized AquaFly dealer, please contact that dealer about its return policy. Our authorized dealers have their own particular return policies. Any refunds must be obtained through the original place of purchase only.

If you not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from AquaFly, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Any item returned must be in its original condition and packaging. To return an AquaFly product that you purchased from aquafly.com, please follow these steps: Find the packing list or sales receipt that came with your order, and pack it in a box along with the product you are returning. Pack and seal your return securely, and send it to AquaFly at the address below. As the sender, you accept full responsibility for loss or damage of the returned product during shipping, so we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment and use a traceable form of mail to protect the shipment against loss.

A full refund will be applied to your credit card for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. AquaFly will reimburse your tax (if applicable), but is not able to refund the cost of shipping. Your refund will be posted to the same credit card that you used to make your original purchase.
